Anyway, Paul came to 62 Ogden, took photos and posted them on the Internet the very day I called - which was also the day our family was to meet at 62 Ogden to discuss sale, etc. While we were all there, a young man - Mike - came to see the house which Paul had just posted on the Internet! He loved it! Paul had recommended a price (we had no clue what to ask). Mike would like it lowered, but we had told Paul we did not want to haggle and play that game - it should sell at our asking price, and "as is". This all happened within ONE DAY! Now, we planned an 'Estate' Sale. On that first day - who was there but our Paul Ruck - bringing Dunkin' Donuts and a huge box of coffee! We were beyond floored! My sister could not believe this! "WHERE did you find this man??". Coldwell Banker! Now, things happened faster! The closing was April 5. My brother and sister were now in FL, so I was to be family rep at closing. My Aunt died. Paul would pick me up at 1:45, take me to closing, immediately take me to Tuttle's Funeral Home to meet my husband for her services. I thought THAT was above and beyond - BUT, before that was able to be accomplished - I needed to get out of a sick bed!! I could not possibly get up! Not to worry! Not only did Paul bring the lawyer to my home for me to sign papers - He also, since Rockaway Fire Marshall demanded 3 smoke alarms, 4 carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher be placed in 62 Ogden Ave home, ran back and forth to Home Depot, purchased and installed these necessary items (for which he would accept no reimbursement)!! Bottom line, you KNOW Paul Ruck, of Coldwell Bankers Realtors, is by far the most thorough, friendly, efficient Realtor one could ever wish for!
